Our unique blend consists of green tea extract, b-vitamins, VitaCholine® choline, bitter Melon Extract,Sunphenone, and Bioperine° black pepper extract. Moreover, we harness the potent properties of Sinetrole XPur, a natural fusion of polyphenols sourced from citrus fruits and guarana. This blend's effectiveness has been confirmed through rigorous clinical studies.
To achieve replicable results, we use the same dosage (900mg per 2 capsules) as used in the scientific studies Sinetrol° XPur has been researched for over 10 years and across multiple scientific studies, consistently showing significant results such as increased metabolism, leading to a considerable reduction in total weight,especially fat mass, among participants.
The study also confirmed that 65% of the overall fat loss originated from the abdominal area. The results demonstrated a significant reduction in waist and hip circumferences, addressing central obesity.
To enhance fat metabolism, we rely on pure VitaCholine° choline, backed by studies and the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) for its effectiveness. We use the recommended amount (85mg per 2 capsules),following EFSA's guidelines.
The added B6 and B12 vitamins help with homocysteine metabolism and other important functions. We've also included BioPerine° (pepper extract), which improves how certain ingredients work together, like vitamin B6. In a study on vitamin B6 absorption, those who took BioPerine" had 2.5 times more Vitamin B6 in their blood after 2 hours, compared to the control group.
We also include Sunphenon®, which is rich in natural polyphenols, and green tea extract, known for its high content of polyphenols, including EGCG and catechins. Studies have scientifically confirmed that catechins positively impact reducing body fat and lowering cardiovascular risks in humans. The polyphenols in green tea also promote health, and EGCG, consumed for 12 weeks or more, has shown greater effectiveness in reducing body fat and weight. Caffeine doses ranging from 80 to 300mg/day are crucial for these effects. in two capsules of Women's Best Burner, you'l get 150mg of EGCG paired with 160mg of caffeine (equivalent to around 2 cups of coffee throughout the day). This combination further supports fat metabolism and capitalizes on the benefit soutlined in the previous study.

Take 1 capsule with breakfast and 1 capsule with lunch, with enough liquid. One Burner Capsule is roughly equivalent to one large cup of coffee (80mg of caffeine).

Efficient weight reduction.
In 2017, a randomized controlled study was conducted in Spain involving 77 participants who consumed 900mg of Sinetrol° daily over a 16-week period.This study, conducted in accordance with EFSA guidelines, targeted overweight individuals (BM 25-40).
The results revealed significant weight loss in participants after 16 weeks of Sinetrol° XPUR intake. Notably, even after discontinuation of Sinetrol° XPUR and a 4-week break in week 20, no subsequent weight gain was observed.Instead, participants continued to experience weight loss.
Long-lasting fat loss.
It's essential to distinguish between weight loss and fat loss, with the latter focusing on shedding pure body fat rather than muscle or water.
Study results demonstrate that Sinetrol° not only facilitates general weight loss but also targeted fat loss. Moreover, participants in the study were able to concurrently build muscle mass. Even after a 4-week break from usage, Sinetrol" continued to exhibit positive effects,enabling participants to sustain fat loss and muscle growth.

You may be curious about how a fruit extract can contribute to both fat-burning and muscle-building. Sinetrol® activates biochemical processes akin to those in brown fat cells, which convert fat into heat instead of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), thereby elevating your body's energy expenditure and facilitating fat burning.

Choline is also ofinterest to athletes, as it improves physical performance and supports fat metabolism. To achieve the maximum effect,we combine ½ EGCG with % VitaCholineTM in our Burner Capsules.
